Hey folks! I have a couple of acoustics (a Taylor 110 and a Guild F2512E) that have been sitting out on guitar stands for quite a while. I just purchased the D'Addario Humidipacks to try to get them re-hydrated after putting the guitars back into their cases with the packs. So I guess my question is - how long do you think it will take to get them back to their optimal humidity levels in the wood?

Oh, here is the humidity system I am using:

Thanks!

If they're not too terribly dry, it shouldn't take too long. I'm about to invest in that same system because it also dehumidifys so there's little chance of adding too much moisture. Buy a little hygrometer for the case and shoot for 45-50%.

Investing in a quality hygrometer is a good idea for maintaining optimal humidity level.
