Either way, I get a Tube sound using a Digitech 2112 SGS that has two 12ax7 tubes with two balanced outputs going into two VHT Valvulator 1's that have a 12ax7 tube each , going into two Crate Power Blocks at 150 watts (sounds like 300 watts each ) at 8 ohms each .
